These functions include the ability to allow you to manage your maintenance works, send automatic rent reminders to students and remind yourself when gas certificates are due. New features including contract management, online fault reporting and key management will be available soon. Photographs Although not compulsory photographs do make a huge difference to your advert. You can either send them by e-mail or post and we will scan them on your behalf. It is a requirement of the Scheme that a copy of the Gas Safe Register certificate is forwarded before an advert will be displayed. The Rates Our price to register / advertise is only: £55 (incl. VAT) per property for the year upto 30th August 2009. Registering In order to be able to advertise you must firstly join the Scheme - the official accreditation scheme in Hull. In addition to this, your property will be listed on the housing list produced by the Student's Union, which is distributed to all students seeking private accommodation. Registering Your Property
Payment You can pay either by cheque or postal order.
